Burlingame ADU
UDLA helped with the design and permitting to convert an existing 4-car garage into a 600 s.f. ADU. It was especially appropriate for the family of 5-children and aging parent! The permit approved included 1-BR, an office and garage flex-space, and construction recently completed.
