This renovation of the outdated residence by Jack Chu transformed it into a modern ranch home. A new site design by UDLA was conceived to work well with the Northern Coast Range environment. The site will be constructed with native grasses and Oak trees to blend with the surrounding woodland. Outdoor space and the pool design is organized for relaxation and entertainment. Natural-looking pathways lead up to the top of the hill to view the western sky and Coast Range.
