South San Francisco ADU
In South San Francico, UDLA designed a detached ADU project recently approved by the City. It is a 1-story, 538 s.f. ADU including 1-bedroom, 1-full bath, kitchen and living room. The all electric ADU utilizes a shed roof configuration and allows for an enclosed attic for the water heater tank and storage space above.
