WESTLAKE, Fresno, CA
Scope of work included a Site Plan and design themes for this new self-sufficient unit of development for 500 families. Once approved, the land is to be annexed to the City of Fresno. A lake created by two creeks running through the site provides irrigation water to all the public landscapes. The generous 116-foot-wide right of way allow for a 16 ft. wide planted median and a Class I multi-use pathway on both sides of the street and fronting the lake.
