THOMAS R. POLLICITA MIDDLE SCHOOL, Daly City, CA
UDLA provided landscape design and irrigation plans for this new middle school in Daly City. Climate adapted and indigenous plants were used along with an automated irrigation system to maximize water conservation and ease of maintenance. The scope of work included design, construction documents, bid assistance and construction period services and close-out.
