Mariposa Lakes is designed as a modern full-service community that will conserve precious natural resource by, among other things, implementing a unique integrated water management plan that would conserve the city’s supply of drinking water and establish a state-of-the-art groundwater recharge facility to add thousands of acre-feet of water to the city’s groundwater supplies on an annual basis.  The state-of-the-art community plan emphasizes mixed-uses and human scale to create a unique living, shopping, entertainment and public gathering space near the future AMTRAK Multi-Modal Station planned along Mariposa Road.  The scope of work also included parks & recreation and a circulation master plan and hierarchy of complete streets design with inter-connected bikeways, greenways and multi-use pathways.  With: Greg Randall Planning & Design / Pacific Coast Capital Partners, City Staff, Dave Stagnero, Sr. Planner.
